Product placement

We start with what the scene needs, then bring the product that belongs in it.

Product placement puts your product inside the world of a film or series: in a character’s hand, on the bar, in the driveway. Done well, the audience never feels sold to. They just remember it.

Since 1998 we have worked directly with the producers, prop masters, set decorators and costume designers who make those choices. We hear about scenes early, offer the product that fits, and handle everything from the agreement to delivery on set.

Ways in

Every wayinto the scene.

Many placements start with a production’s own creative needs. We make sure your product is the one they reach for.

  • 01

    Loan and trade agreements

Vehicles, technology and hero props loaned to the production for the shoot, with how they’re used and returned set out in the agreement.

  • 02

    Props and set decoration

We brief prop masters and set decorators on what’s available, so your product is part of the scene from the first dressing.

  • 03

    Wardrobe and accessories

Fashion, eyewear, watches and jewelry placed with costume designers and stylists, from the leads to the background.

  • 04

    Product donations

Product supplied for set dressing and craft services wherever it suits the world of the story.

  • 05

    Our industry showroom

Costume designers and prop masters visit our showroom to choose product for upcoming productions.

  • 06

    Brand safety

Contract language, loan agreements and brand guidelines protect how your product appears, and we follow it through to the final cut.

Exposure value

Not every second is worth the same.

A logo in someone’s hand is not a logo on a shelf in the background. We score how each placement lands on screen and pair it with verified audience, in the CPM terms your media buyers already use.

  4. Product delivery

We handle the paperwork and get your product to set, on time and camera-ready.

  5. Filming

Our team stays close to the production through the shoot.

  6. Post-production

We follow the edit, so you know what made the final cut.

  7. Marketing and promotion

FAQ

Questions,answered.

Anything else? Ask Us

What is product placement?

Product placement is when a real product appears on screen as part of a film, TV show or streaming series: used by a character, dressed into the set or named in a line of dialogue. Done well, it feels like part of the story, not an ad.

How do you get products into films and TV shows?

We work directly with the people who make those decisions: producers, prop masters, set decorators and costume designers. We read scripts early, suggest products that suit each scene, and handle the agreements, paperwork and delivery to set.

What’s the difference between product placement and brand integration?

Product placement puts your product in the scene. Brand integration writes the brand into the story itself, with the exposure agreed in writing before filming. Many of our clients use both.

Which productions do you work with?

Feature films, network and cable series and streaming originals, with the major studios and platforms, including Netflix, HBO Max, Disney, Paramount, Universal and Warner Bros.

How do you measure a placement?

We score how each placement lands on screen (hero, featured or background) and pair it with verified audience figures, so you see reach and value in the CPM terms your media team already uses. See how we measure.

How early should we get in touch?

As early as you can. Scripts reach us well before filming, and the best scenes go to brands that are already in the conversation.
